Returns
Customers may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The package must be unopened
- The item must be unused
- Photos of the outer packaging must be provided when submitting the return request
Please note that returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please get in touch with us at support@mestanauto.com
and provide:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the outer packaging
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds for Returned Items
After the returned item is received and inspected by our returns center, approved refunds will be processed within 15 days.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and returned to the original account used for the purchase.
Accessories, Shipping, and Other Agreed Refunds
For refunds related to accessories, shipping charges, or other agreed circumstances, the refund will generally be processed within 3–5 days after an agreement has been reached with the customer.
