We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Certain remote or high-cost ZIP code areas

Most standard orders are shipped via FedEx. Certain replacement parts or accessories may be shipped separately via USPS.

Orders placed during our business hours are generally processed and shipped the same day. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after shipment, although actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, inventory availability, warehouse processing, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Some products may be shipped in multiple packages, and items in the same order may arrive separately.

6. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The package must be unopened
  • The item must be unused
  • Photos of the outer packaging must be provided when submitting the return request

Once the returned item is received by our returns center and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 15 days.

Refunds related to accessories, shipping charges, or other agreed circumstances will generally be processed within 3–5 days after an agreement has been reached with the customer.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable and compatible with their vehicle or intended use before placing an order.

Any fitment, compatibility, or application information provided on this website is for general reference only and may not guarantee an exact fit in every case.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@mestanauto.com within 30 days of delivery.

To help us review and resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the item and the issue, where applicable

We will review the matter and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
